2021 Rare Chair Affair
As we've monitored the recent emergence of the Delta variant and the growing number of COVID-19 cases in the Milwaukee area, the WBCC board of directors has made the difficult decision to postpone the Rare Chair Affair, scheduled for August 27 at the Milwaukee County War Memorial, until the spring of 2022. As much as we looked forward to gathering in person once again, we feel this is the best decision for our organization and the community we work with and for. If you have already purchased tickets to the event, you will be contacted regarding a refund.
The Rare Chair Affair is WBCC's main fundraising event, and with its postponement (the second since the start of the pandemic), we need the help of our community more than ever. If you are able, please consider showing your support with a donation to WBCC.
We look forward to being able to celebrate the achievements of the fabulous artists who are the heart of this event with you next spring.
